Feeling stressed and anxious?

Is your body tense and stiff, and your mind in a constant annoying chatter?

Can't seem to find time for yourself?

Our lives are constantly pushing us to do more are more... and rarely we find time to connect with ourselves, and our desires.

This session is aimed at those who want to create space and time in their busy lives, to stop, breathe and rest.
Allowing this time and space for yourself will allow for creative ideas to rise whether it is for business or career, or personal relationships.

This is a 90 min session for all levels. Beginners to yoga are welcome.
We start with dynamic flow yoga to energise the body and get out of the mental chatter, and move to a deep relaxation with yoga nidra.

What you'll need to bring:
- Yoga Mat
- Blanket
- Pillows/ Cushions
- Comfortable clothes
- Water
